ILCM's legal services aid low-income immigrants in crucial moments in their lives, but ILCM often loses touch with clients after securing immigration benefits for them. ILCM needs to move beyond anecdotal knowledge of client's life experiences to gain a more complete understanding of how outcomes impact clients. A student research assistant is needed to conduct interviews, focus groups and surveys of ILCM's clients to determine the impact of ILCM services on their lives. |

The Education Coordinator is directly in contact with organizational partners in developing and implementing our educational outreach, as well as working with ILCM staff to improve the understanding of immigrants and their advocates of the immigration system. |
